Permitting and Inspections Services

Under our Elite Permits franchise level 2 permitting and inspections model, you act as a service company which, in addition to the permitting services included in our level 1 franchise, provides plan review and building inspections similar to what the local building department does but on a smaller scale. These services are only applicable to the building department and not agencies such as fire, zoning, health, etc. Under our level 2 franchise model, you are required to have at least one qualifier who is a certified architect and/or engineer and/or building official. You must also have a minimum of one inspector who has obtained all necessary state licenses in the fields of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building and fire.
