I consider Elite Permits part of my company as we have been working together for many years. They handle all my county / city paperwork from Collier County , City of Naples, Bonita Spring, and Lee County. From a small remodel permit to a full house , they do it all.

I came to Naples 5-6 years ago doing spec homes. I started off doing my permits and inspections with the county officials. That was ok, but it generally took a long time to get permits approved. The inspections would take all day (an 8 hour window). I was not happy losing this much time on my projects. I found Elite Consulting, used them on the next project and have been using them ever since. Things went so much better. I had my permit within a couple of weeks. I could call in my inspection one day and they would give me a time for the next day, not an all day window to wait. We are so pleased with their service that we are still using Elite as of this day. I couldn't ask for better people to work with on my projects, both professionally and personally.

I found an open permit on my house while selling it. I had to get it closed FAST for the sale to go through. Tatiana and Elite Consulting worked fast and hard and got it taken care of in time.
